TALLAHASSEE, FL - On July 11, 2025, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Tim Weisheyer to the Florida State University Board of Trustees. This appointment is effective August 30, 2025.

Weisheyer is the Owner and Broker of Dream Builders Realty, the President and Broker of DBRCommercial Real Estate Services, and the Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Advantage Consulting. Active in his community, he is the President of the Florida Realtors Association, the Chair of the Osceola County Chamber of Commerce, and was previously elected to the Osceola County School Board where he served as the President of the Florida School Boards Association. Weisheyer attended Valencia College.. 

This appointment is subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
