TALLAHASSEE, FL - On June 20 2025, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Wanda Ashley and David Ehlert to the Hamilton County Development Authority Board of Supervisors. 

Wanda Ashley

Ashley is currently retired. Previously, she served as a Probation Supervisor and Officer for the Florida Department of Corrections. A veteran of the United States Army, Ashley earned her associate degree from Florida Gateway College and her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. 

David Ehlert

Ehlert is a Field Appraiser for the Hamilton County Property Appraiser’s Office. Previously, he served as a Criminal Investigations Supervisor for the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office. Ehlert earned his associate degree in law enforcement from North Florida College.
