TALLAHASSEE, FL - On April 9, 2025, Governor Ron DeSantis announces one judicial appointment to the Orange County Court. 

Andrew Bain, of Orlando, to serve as Judge on the Orange County Court 

Bain is the Head of Government and Business Engagement at Byrd Campbell, P.A. Previously, he served as the State Attorney in the Ninth Judicial Circuit. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and his juris doctor from Florida A&M University. Bain fills the judicial vacancy created by the enactment of HB 5401.
