From: Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee SandersI, SARAH HUCKABEE SANDERS, Governor of the State of Arkansas, pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 7-9-119(d)(1)(A), and based upon the certified tabulation of votes submitted to me by the Honorable John Thurston, Secretary of State of Arkansas, do hereby declare that at the November 5, 2024, General Election, the following measures received a greater number of votes “For” the measure than “Against” the measure and are, therefore, declared adopted:
