The 975-square-foot store is owned by Tara Taghavi, a tech-savvy professional who’s pursuing her passions for charcuterie and artistic expression.

“I’m excited to use my creative skills and my passion for charcuterie to create sophisticated snacking boards,” said Taghavi, who worked in the tech/AI industry before purchasing the San Diego store. “The great thing about Graze Craze is that we do all the work for you, from the planning to the assembling, and all the customer has to do is enjoy the food and all the compliments from their guests.”

Graze Craze boards are thoughtfully designed by trained Grazologists™ who curate charcuterie boards using a variety of high-quality ingredients. Only the best go on the board and in the box: premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables and more, accompanied by house-made sauces, dips and jams. Each food display features a complementary blend of flavors, colors, and textures for the ultimate grazing experience. The Graze Craze Rancho Peñasquitos menu includes signature favorites:

• Gone Grazey: A well-balanced mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, veggies, and more—the best way to sample a little of everything.

• Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian option loaded with seasonal produce and bold flavors from house-made dips.

• Sweet & Grazey: A decadent spread for dessert lovers, with chocolate, fruit, cookies, and indulgent dips.

Boards are available in a variety of sizes, from a date night or small gathering, to a large spread fit for parties and events. Custom orders are welcome, and every board is made fresh to order. Available for in-store pickup and local delivery.

Grand Opening Celebration
Graze Craze Rancho Peñasquitos will host an official grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony in partnership with the North San Diego Business Chamber on Friday, October 24th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend and enjoy complimentary samples, giveaways, and a first look at the new space.
