Graze Craze®, the rapidly growing concept known for transforming charcuterie into an art form, has opened its newest location in West Springfield, bringing fresh, handcrafted graze boards and boxes to the heart of Western Massachusetts. The store is located at 777 Riverdale Street, a high-traffic shopping and service hub with convenient access for surrounding communities.

The new store is proudly owned and operated by Jess Sinopoli, whose background in sales and marketing helps drive the brand’s growth, alongside her husband Jason, who brings extensive operational expertise. Together, they’ve built a true family-run venture, one born from their shared vision to bring a uniquely creative, high-quality, and convenient grazing experience to the community

Graze Craze West Springfield offers an irresistible selection of sweet and savory grazing boards, each one artfully handcrafted by trained Grazologists™ using only the freshest, premium ingredients. Their menu features something for every palate and occasion, including:

  • Gone Grazey: A little bit of everything, featuring an abundant mix of cured meats, artisan cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, crackers, nuts, and more.

  • Sweet & Grazey: A dessert-forward delight with decadent chocolates, baked goods, seasonal fruit, and sweet dips.

  • Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian-friendly spread brimming with fresh produce and house-made dips.

Boards are available in sizes ranging from individual portions to full spreads for events, and they’re perfect for birthdays, holidays, business meetings, weddings, or casual entertaining. Online ordering, in-store pickup, and local delivery are available.

Graze Craze West Springfield will celebrate its official grand opening with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Tuesday, October 22 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., in partnership with the West of the River Chamber of Commerce. The event will also serve as a Chamber networking mixer, and the public is invited to attend, meet the team, and sample the shop’s signature graze boards.
