Haley Franklin, a native of Scott, AR, with a 3.74 GPA, will receive a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff on May 11 at the UAPB Spring 2024 Commencement ceremonies. While obtaining a degree represents a finish line for some, it's a launching pad for Franklin as she continues a family legacy of nursing and caring for her community.
