Arts and Entertainment
September 12, 2023
From: Hispanic Heritage FestivalThe inaugural Hispanic Heritage Festival was launched in September 2022 in Siloam Springs as a way to celebrate the histories, cultures and contributions of residents whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America.
