Call for Nominations for 2025 Preservation Merit Awards!

Albany has many buildings that have been vacant for a very long time in nearly every neighborhood. It warms our hearts and gives us a little more hope every time a vacant building gets its due and becomes livable once more. In 2024, we celebrated many buildings that had been vacant from one year to over 10. Has a vacant building in your neighborhood been rehabilitated and reoccupied? Send us a nomination!

All nominations must be emailed to Cara by 5pm on Wednesday, April 30th to be considered. So don't wait!  Download the nomination and start snapping those photos because we want to read all about and see how hard you've worked!
