5:00 p.m Exhibit building books close. Judging begins.
5:30 p.m. Horse Show Starts.
6:00 p.m. All Livestock Entries Due
6:30 p.m. Opening Ceremony
7:00 p.m. All midway rides and concessions open
7:30 p.m. Free entertainment program

Friday, August 15, 2025

Livestock will be judged this day in the following order:
Swine, Goats, Sheep, Cattle. (Without break between species)
7:30 a.m. Swine Show
Goat Show
Sheep Show
Cattle Show
9:00 a.m. Kids races and stunts
7:00 p.m. All midway rides and concessions open
7:30 p.m. Free entertainment program
8:00 p.m. 3-in-1-Ranch Rodeo

8:00 a.m. Premium money to be paid on exhibits.
Money forfeited after 10 a.m.
10:00 a.m. Parade
11:00 a.m. Kid Tractor Pull
1:00 p.m. Mud Volleyball

5:00 p.m. Entry Deadline for Cake Auction
