9 a.m. – 11 a.m: Water Rockets
Participants will build and launch soda bottle water rockets.

All materials are provided by the First Baptist Youth Group and Highlands Wreaths Across America.
11 a.m: Highlands Rotary Lunch
Hot dogs are compliments of the Highlands Chamber of Commerce/Visit Highlands, NC
11 a.m. – 12 p.m: Traditional Field Games
Tug-of-war, three-legged sack race, water balloon toss and frozen t-shirt contests may be held.
Hosted by the Town of Highlands Recreation Department
12 p.m: Visit from MAMA (Mountain Area Medical Airlift)
The MAMA helicopter is provided by Mission Health.

2 p.m: Duck Derby
“The most exciting five minutes in Highlands”
Tickets are $10 and may be purchased at The Christmas Tree, Highland Hiker, Highlands Welcome Center or any Highlands Rotary Club member. Starting June 1, tickets will be available online at highlandsduckrace.com.
Ticket holders will have the chance to win cash prizes: 1st Place - $250; 2nd through 4th Place - $100; 5th through 10th Place: $50.

6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m: Outdoor Concert - Diamond River Band
