Excited to invite you to emerging artist Jeron Braxton's solo show at UTA Space in Beverly Hills, Ouroboros. The show will be up August 4-26th with an opening reception Friday the 4th, 6-8pm. Would love to have you out if you can make it.

 

Jeron is a multidisciplinary artist working across music, sculpture, video and much more — the show will feature the LA premiere of his animated short film "OXYTOCIN," which debuted at this year's Sundance, a number of sculptures and a handful of music releases coming alongside.

 

Braxton, a self-taught artist in every respect, rose to prominence following the debut of his first short film, "Glucose," at Sundance in 2018. He's since gone on to collaborate on music videos with the Weeknd, Pusha T, Danny Brown and more and contributed visuals to the S/S 2022 Louis Vuitton show at the personal request of Virgil Abloh. Jeron is at work on several full length projects, with more details to be revealed soon.

 

His visual practice emerged from the need to create accompaniments to his own music as a teenager. He released his debut EP, Airdnb, in 2020 and the single "Moving Different" last year. More music from Braxton is imminent.
