2:00 PM-6:00 PM: Lamb and Goat weigh-in

2:00 PM-6:00 PM: Steer & Heifer check-in. All cattle to be weighed prior to 6 pm

6:00 PM: All Animals To Be Weighed & Exhibitors To Attend Barn Meeting

6:00 PM: Ambassador Applicant Interviews

6:30 PM: Lamb/Goat Barn Exhibitor meeting (show ring)

7:00 PM: Beef Barn Exhibitor meeting (show ring)

7:30 PM: Swine Barn Exhibitor meeting (show ring)

8:00 AM: FFA Registration for Livestock Judging (Floral Bldg)

8:00 AM- 5:30 PM: 4-H Demonstrations/FFA Speaking Contests - (Expo Bldg Conference Rooms)

9:30 AM-2:30 PM: Farm Fair (free admission, Ag C Bldg)

10:00 AM: Ambassador Mtg. (Jr. Show Office)

10:00 AM-11:00 AM: 4-H Packets for Livestock Judging (Beef Show Ring)

11:15 AM 4-H and FFA Livestock Judging (Beef Show Ring for instructions)

6:00 PM: Opening Ceremony (Beef Show Ring)

4-H Prospect Steers followed by 4-H Market Steers - 4-H Show to start 60 minutes following the conclusion of the FFA Show
Breeder's Pen & PeeWee Showmanship Contests - Immediately follow Beef Market Classes, followed by Beef Showmanship Clinic

9:00 AM: 4-H Swine followed by FFA Swine, followed by PeeWee Showmanship

4:30 - 6:30 PM: BBQ featuring Nordic Smoke. $15 at the door, complimentary for exhibitors (Floral Bldg)

5:00 PM: - 10:00 PM: All No-Sale Animals Released - Must check out with barn superintendent

Round Robin Following the completion of all barn classes

Following Round Robin, Set up of Sale Barn. All exhibitors and parents are requested to help

9:00 AM: Sale Of Champions: Steer, Lamb, Goat, Swine
Followed by market auction of: Swine, Lamb, Goat, Steers
Some animals may leave to accommodate Butchers and Turn Hauler
