Would limit county elections offices to one remote ballot box for each election unless more than 30,000 registered voters and then they can one for each section of 30,000 voters; boxes would only be open during hours when the election office can monitor who is dropping the ballots into the box, the boxes must be video monitored and have the camera set to record the face of the person submitting the ballot. |
