Youth Squares: Approx. 96” X 96”
Four Categories: Ages 5-7, 8-10, 11-13, & 14-17
Adult Amateur Squares: Approx. 96” X 96”
Adult Professional Squares Will Vary in Size,
Some Measuring 120” X 120”.
Teams of Two or More People May Chalk in the Same Space; Individual Registration Fee Applies. While Participants of All Ages May Work in the Adult Squares, Youth Squares Are Limited to Youth Age 17 and Under (Parents or Guardians May Assist as Needed).
Pre-registration is Recommended as Spaces Will Be Assigned on a First-come, First Serve Basis. Participants May Register Through Eventbrite by Clicking the Sign-up Button on Our Facebook Page or by Emailing [email protected] for a Registration Form. Participants May Register the Day of the Event as Space Allows.
Adult/professional: $50 - Includes Professional Chalk, Tote Bag.
Adult/amateur: $35 - Includes Dick Blick Chalk, Tote Bag.
Youth: $10 - Includes Sidewalk Chalk, Tote Bag.
All Participants Will Be Supplied With Chalk and Water at Check-in. Bring Your Own Spray Water Bottles and Additional Color Chalk Specific to Your Chalk Art Design. Winners Will Be Announced and Awards Given at 4pm Saturday in the Big Rotary Tent.

Drawings must be appropriate for public viewing.
You may use any or all of the assigned space.
No commercial stencils allowed. You may bring tools such as masking tape, rulers, or cardboard to mask off areas while working. Some find it helpful to use a “wet technique” by dipping chalk in water, bring a sponge!
Feel free to bring any prepared sketches to work from.
If you are creating an image originally created by another artist (living or deceased), it is important to credit the artist and the title near the drawing.
Do bring sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses. You may bring a portable umbrella with stand for extra shade. You may find kneepads or a piece of cardboard helpful to kneel on.
All participants may start Friday, July 19th at 8am, must be finished by 3pm, Saturday July 20th.
