Celebrate the last night of the year with friends and family at Kings Island’s New Year’s Eve celebration. Join us in the fun as we bid our final farewells to 2024 and usher in 2025 with two New Year’s Eve countdowns: One in Kings island Theater beginning at 10:00 PM that’s perfect for families and a midnight countdown complete with fireworks. Park guests will also experience the shimmering lights, activities and the extravagant décor of WinterFest along with the final park rides of the year.

New Year’s Eve Under The Lights at International Restaurant

Ring in 2025 at the International Restaurant New Year's Eve Celebration and enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining experience with assorted hors d'oeuvres and international delicacies, including a pasta station, carving station and delicious dessert bar throughout the evening. Come and go as you please throughout the night to enjoy all of the Winterfest activities.

Dinner buffet will be available between 7:30-10:30 PM and dessert buffet will be available between 9:30-11:30 PM. Space is limited. All sales are made prior to the event. Once all seats are purchases, this event will be sold out. Unfortunately, dining plans will be not accepted for this event.

Join the eager elves of Tinker's Toy Factory for an early, family-friendly New Year's Eve Countdown in Festhaus featuring character interactions and a giant balloon drop at 10:30PM.

10:00 PM-11:55 PM: Snoopy's Rockin' Countdown

Join Snoopy, a live DJ and select Midway Merriment characters as they ring in the new year like never before! Watch as our 314-foot-tall magical Christmas tree is transformed into a giant countdown clock at 11:59 PM leading up to fireworks at the stroke of midnight.
