Fly a kite or take in the scene as dozens of kites of all shapes and sizes take to the air and celebrate winter on Lake Harriet! It's a beautiful, unique outdoor event you don't want to miss.

New this year is an interactive kids DJ to entertain young people! There will also be s'more around bonfires, food trucks available and Art Shanty Projects will be back sharing the ice with their wonderful collection of art and performances.

Nearby parking is extremely limited. No public parking will be available in the Lake Harriet Bandshell parking lots.
