Emerald City Charity Auction at Maceli's
Doors open at 5pm, Dinner at 6pm, Live Auction begins at 7pm
Of course, it wouldn't be fun without a silent auction! We will open our Online Silent Auction the week prior to February 25th. And exclusively for those in attendance at the Live Auction, we will host an in-person only Emerald City Silent Auction at Maceli's. All silent auction items will close Saturday evening, February 25th.

9:00 a.m: Shamrock Shuffle 5K And 10K at Johnny’s North
34th Annual Shamrock Shuffle 5K | 10K

Join us for a great day of running. We feature both a 5K and a 10K course – it's one of the few 10K races in the area. The race starts at Johnny's and travels along the river levee and into North Lawrence. Afterwards, stick around for an Irish breakfast and pancake feed. We have prizes for numerous age categories. Everyone gets a participation metal and shirt, both live and virtual participants. We also encourage you to dress in your favorite St. Patrick's Day garb to get ready for our biggest event of the year.

21st Annual Luck of the Irish Motorcycle Poker Run
This year's route starts and ends at Elmo's in North Lawrence and includes stops at Perry, Stinky's, Helen's Hilltop, Tail Lights, and D-dubs.
Then it's back to Elmo's for a Chili Cookoff, Silent Auction, and Raffle.

Buy your poker hand at any location. Draw all cards at once OR visit each stop to draw all 5 individually! Hands available at each location and available at Elmo's until 4:30 pm when we announce the winner. Turn in your hand at any location or hold it to turn in at Elmo's. 2023 Parade and Poker Run shirts and St. Pat's swag will be for sale at all locations! Elmo's will host our silent auction all afternoon and a chili feed will start serving at 4. Want to be the Chili Cookoff Winner? Enter your chili for $10 by dropping off your crockpot at Elmo's from Noon - 3pm, and we will split the pot 50/50 with the winner. Judges will be provided by this year's St. Pat's Beneficiaries.

Cost: $20 per poker hand, paid at the time of the event.
Party Bus: $50 per person. Payment reserves your seat on the bus and pays for your poker hand, which is required to ride the bus.

5:00 p.m: St. Patrick's Day Queen Candidates and Coronation
Each year the Parade Committee selects a Queen to be a special representative in the pageantry of the Lawrence St. Patrick's Day Parade. Our other candidates also participate in the parade as part of the Queen's Court. Choosing only one of these candidates is a difficult task and in no way diminishes the efforts of any of the others or the pride that all we feel in their achievements. This is the evening that we honor them for the hard work they completed during the parade season. It's an evening of celebration and thanks to our candidates – and it's the only event of the year that they don't help run. Join us to celebrate this special group.
