Labor Day Turnout

Joining over one thousand protests across the country, several of which stretched across the Bay Area, about 600 local residents turned out despite the blazing Labor Day sun in spirited protest against rising authoritarianism and in defense of working families in Albany. Over 500,000 Americans took to the streets making it a huge success, according to national organizers. See more!

National Voter Registration Day is on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025, and is the country’s largest single-day voter registration drive, dedicated to ensuring eligible people are registered to vote.
