12:15 - 12:45pm - Competitors (with instruments and shirts) photo session with adjudicators at Blodgett Foyer    

12:45 - 1:45pm - Luncheon and announcement of finalists at Marek South    

1:45 - 3:30pm - All non-finalists confer with judges at Marek South    

2:00 - 4:00pm - Tuba Artists and all Student finalists rehearse with collaborative pianists at SAC Mezzanine    

2:50 - 3:30pm - Euphonium Clinic for BLFAC campers, Tuba Clinic for BLFAC campers at SAC Room 125

2:50 – 4:20pm - Euphonium Artist finalists and Guest Artist(s) rehearse with Festival Band at Stewart Shell    

4:30 - 5:30pm - Festival Euphonium and Tuba Ensemble rehearsal (Adjudicators, Artist + Student Division Competitors) at Stewart Shell    

8:00pm - Festival Band with Guest Artist(s) and Festival Euphonium and Tuba Ensemble

2:50 - 4:20pm - Euphonium Artist finalists rehearse with Festival Band at Blodgett Recital Hall    

7:00pm - Artist Finals Competition and presentation of the medals at Blodgett Recital Hall    

Post-concert - Festival After-glow reception for all at Blodgett Foyer
