The embargo has lifted and gates of Libertalia have swung open again...Everyone's favorite rare and exclusive pirate event returns, with all the old favorites as well as plenty of new games and goodies!

With the wind at your back and a full season of travels, exploits, and heroics behind you, it's time to rest your bones in the wooded sanctuary of the old thieves' haven. You've been to Ocracoke, sailed the sea with fools and dogs to Oporto and back, and now, it's time to tell your tales of venture—kick off the old boots, light a pipe, and pour a pint. That is if there isn't more adventure waiting once you get there...Welcome to Libertalia, the pirate's town envisioned by Mission, Tew, and others as a free-market, co-operational homestead for ne'er-do-wells and blaggards alike to hide away from the throngs.

No monarchs to answer to. No rulers. No mercy. A place where you can hang up your coat and sit by the fire, or storm into a camp and steal some goods. Where the laymen below decks have a place to shine, where the currency is what you make it, and even peddling your own wares is possible!

Duck into the tavern and let the whiskey help you wait out the storm, or join your mates as you revolt against the monarchy and destroy all powerful potentates in your path. Find an old friend in the gibbets, or find yourself tucked into a "shame sack" or even thrown to the stocks. Buy yourself a mercenary for the night, join a treasure hunt, build a fort, woo a corpse, learn to use a weapon, become baptized by fellow pirates and forgive yourself of your misdeeds, or simply spectate while you sip tea and play footsy with the winding river.

No matter your preference, the town will have a place for you and your brethren. Prepare your best story from your travels, fill a cask of wine, pack your chest or steal a new one for one last journey...to Libertalia.

Welcome to Libertalia, hidden den of thieves and scallywags, and a respite from the hustle and bustle of the event season. A pirate safe haven where you can both kick up your boots and overthrow a king in the same afternoon. Learn archery and survival skills, lapdance on a corpse for prizes, or jump off a plank after telling the world your last words before watching a burlesque show. Have a drink at the bar while you listen to the cannons roar, seek out a hidden treasure and meet NPCs along the way. Dip in the river, listen to live music, steal from a bank, other crew, or throw your money down on a mercenary to fight for your cause. Everything you want from a pirate's weekend is only a quick sail away to Libertalia.

12PM: GATE OPENS FOR GENERAL ADMISSION

5:30PM: TOTL GAMES' GAME NIGHT OPENS at THE SNAKE-EYED SQUID (BAR OPENS)

6PM: OPENING SALUTE at THE FIREPIT / FORT-BUILDING CONTEST BEGINS / CROWNING OF THE KING: As usual, Tomjack presents the shortest opening ceremony any pirate event has ever had. We'll be opening up the fort-building contest and crowning the illustrious King of Libertalia (don't worry, they'll be dead by the next day, but don't tell them that!).

7PM: FRUIT NINJA RETURNS at EXECUTION DOCK: Paisley and Tomjack return to reprise their roles. Watch the blood of fruit be spilled while he tests the sharpness of his blade, his aim, and maybe even his wit!

9PM: SAFE STABSCOTCH at THE SNAKE-EYED SQUID: Bring your own games, play the ones provided, enjoy the open bar, or join Paisley for a safe game of stabscotch... but watch those fingers, as we collect any left behind for a jar behind the bar.

10PM: GATE CLOSES

10PM: CHANTEY SHARE/BONEY'S TOAST at ACE OF RUIN: Let us share in song and good rhyme around the fire, and eventually tell the most unbelievable (but completely true, we swear) stories of old Boney, Ace of Ruin's unwilling mascot. The best tale told from non-Ace attendees will win some extra currency!

11PM: LAMPLIT WALKABOUT "GHOST TOUR" at THE SNAKE-EYED SQUID: Bring your lamp and tankard and join Tomjack, Paisley, Bogue, and others for a less-than-peaceful roam around the trails by lamplight as they tell you the eerie stories of the forest, before wandering into the field to bother other people.

July 26, 2025

10AM: GATE OPENS

11AM-1PM: "MAROONED WITH BOGUE" at THE BROKEN TEACUP: Been left for dead by your crew before and want to do better next time? Join Bogue and Scrap for a lesson in basic survival skills!

1PM-1:30- THE GRAND REVOLUTION at THE FIREPIT: After a night of praise for the crowned king, we play a chummy little game where he will be chased down like the dog he is so that all of the townsfolk can remember that we have no kings, no god, and no allegiance. Join Scrapfish, Tomjack, and others while they find and execute the monarch.

2:30PM-4PM: THE RAMBLER'S TREASURE HUNT at ACE OF RUIN: Build a guild of 5 to join you on your quest, full of glitching NPC's and cryptic messages to guide you to the biggest prize of the event. Ask a member at the Ace of Ruin for your first clue... but if you don't have 5 members, you'll be turned away until you do!

3:30PM: TEMP TATTOOS & BODY PAINTING at THE SNAKE-EYED SQUID: Get drawn (but not quartered). Tattoo pens and body paints will be available for some on-skin arts and crafts. Alltrade and others will be available for drawing whatever you want with temporary tattoo pens and offering flash temp tattoos.

4PM: IRON DRAGON ARTILLERY SHOW at EXECUTION DOCK: The one show you'll know has started no matter where you're at on site. Come witness a Libertalia first, with Iron Dragon's explosive artillery show! Their crew will detonate, elucidate, and wreak a splendid havoc that will be a must-see for the weekend.

4:30PM: "PLANKS FOR EVERYTHING" PLANK-JUMPNG CONTEST at THE BROKEN TEACUP: If you start feeling warm, there's no better contest to attend! Kelzar and Briggs will bring you to the watering hole so you can present your last words before jumping off a plank (hopefully just for practice). The best denouement to grace the plank will win a prize.

4:30PM: ARCHERY PRACTICE/ "WILLIAM TELL-NO-TALES" at EXECUTION DOCK: Sal, Hobbes and Paisley will work with both newcomers and experts at the archery firing range, and after will offer a prize for the best shot for the more adept attendees.

5PM: WYK DREAMKASTER AT THE SANDY CONCH

5PM: THE RUSTY CHEF COOKING CHALLENGE at ACE OF RUIN: This one's for the galley: bring your best knives and pans, and join Salvador, Sammy, and Alltrade for a nerve-wracking cookoff with a mystery ingredient. First and second place will be awarded prizes!

5:30PM: MERCENARY AUCTION SIGN-UP: If you want to peddle your talents, be it instrumental, arm-candy, hard work or the ability to make your bellybutton look like a grandpa, sign up and see who will pay you for your skills!

6PM: IRISH GOLF at THE SNAKE-EYED SQUID: Come along for the dumbest activity at Libertalia! The contest where no one wins, but everyone arguably succeeds, as Kelzar and Paisley take you on a drinking, can-hitting tour of the site. Make sure your affairs are in order beforehand.

6PM: MERCENARY AUCTION at THE SANDY CONCH: Bid event money, or more interestingly, whatever random thing you have, on the amazing people up for auction to have them for a few hours of the evening!

7PM: GATE CLOSES

10PM: TOPLESS KNIFE FIGHT at THE FIREPIT: Get dressed-down for a classic late-night pirate game hosted by Bogue and Salvador. Four boobs enter, two boobs leave. As always, men welcome.

12PM: SUNDAY BAPTISM at THE BROKEN TEACUP: Join Pastor-at-Arms Briggs, as well as Kelzar, Tomjack & Scrapfish, to help you wash away the sins of the event by baptizing you in the local waters to reprieve you of your sins of the weekend. Dress for getting dunked. You'll be given a holy dose of the Mother Bloody Mary for your rebirth.

12PM: SPILLING THE TEA at THE SNAKE-EYED SQUID: Feeling a little burnt out after the weekend? Want to get something off your chest? Go to Alltrade's Tea Spill and enjoy a relaxing time of tea and talk at the end of the event.
