Celebrate Food, Wine and Culinary Excellence with this All-Star Lineup of Relais & Châteaux Chefs

Immerse yourself in the height of hospitality at The Little Nell’s third annual Culinary Fest featuring Relais & Châteaux Chefs. Over the festival's four days, guests will partake in engaging culinary experiences by esteemed chefs and learn about the intricacies of wine from expert sommeliers.

6:00pm - 8:00pm: Welcome Reception
Join us in The Wine Bar and outdoor terrace amidst The Little Nell’s gardens as you enjoy tray-passed champagne, wine, and canapés. Meet the participating chefs and sommeliers as we toast the start of the festival.

7:00am - 10:30am: Breakfast
Enjoy the Location: Element 47 breakfast buffet at your leisure, along with a Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar.

9:30am: Bike Ride
Take part in a casual and scenic bike ride Location: Around Aspen led by Little Nell ambassadors. ?Complimentary bike rentals will be provided by Four Mountain Sports.

12:00pm: Napa Valley Wine Class + Lunch
Take the Silver Queen Gondola to the top of Aspen Mountain for a wine class and lunch with a view at the Location: ASPENX Mountain Club. Carlton McCoy, CEO of Lawrence Wine Estates, will present a tour of the various terroirs of the Napa Valley featuring wines from Coombsville, Oak Knoll, Rutherford, Oakville, St. Helena, Spring Mountain, and Howell Mountain. Following the class, a delectable lunch will be prepared by Chef Nathan Rich of Twin Farms and Chefs Julian Eckhardt and Jon Endicott from the Inn at Little Washington.

4:00pm - 4:30pm: Garden Tour
Arabella Beavers-Kaplansky of Busy Beavers Gardening will lead a tour of The Little Nell’s magnificent gardens as you enjoy a cocktail or mocktail accented with freshly picked mint grown on-site. Recognized for being both beautiful and sustainable, The Nell gardens include Aspen's only colorful living wall, a bee garden, an edible flower garden, and more.

6:00pm - 9:00pm: Street Food Festival
Set on the patio at Ajax Tavern, this street food-style tasting event will feature a variety of dishes from all of the participating chefs at Culinary Fest. Enjoy wines poured by our sommelier team, plus craft cocktails and live music.

Enjoy the Location: Element 47 breakfast buffet at your leisure, along with a Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar.

9:00am - 10:00am: Cooking Demonstration
Join us in The Wine Bar for a cooking demonstration presented by Little Nell Culinary Director Matt Zubrod. Learn how to make Location: Element 47's infamous parker house rolls and burratta, a summer menu staple.

12:00pm: Garden Lunch
Spend your afternoon toasting with friends old and new amid The Little Nell gardens with a four-course, wine-paired lunch presented by Chef Jack Mahoney of Magee Homestead and Chef Christopher Gentile of Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa.

4:00pm - 5:15pm: Wine Tasting
Master Sommelier Carlton McCoy will present an intimate tasting in The Little Nell’s cellar featuring wines in the Lawrence Wine Estates portfolio including Heitz Cellar, Stony Hill, Burgess, Ink Grade, Haynes Estate, and Châteaux Lascombes. After the wine tasting, join us in the courtyard at 5:30 pm for a champagne toast.

6:00pm: Relais & Châteaux Gala Dinner
Celebrate the final night of Culinary Fest with a cocktail reception, followed by a gala dinner at Location: Element 47 featuring an eight-course tasting menu paired with fine wines. All of the talented chefs and sommeliers from The Little Nell and Culinary Fest will be in attendance.
