Each day of Loft Kids Fest, we're bringing the supersized fun with big screen presentations of some of the best family-friendly films of all-time, along with games, activities, giveaways, prize raffles, tons of popcorn and more! Each screening also includes a brand-new animated short film from around the world! Daily pre-show activities will be hosted by the staff of Mildred & Dildred Toy Store, and best of all, everything is Fee! Doors open and activities begin each day at 9:15am, and films begin at 10:00am.

We're super excited to welcome Tucson's kid community to The Loft Cinema for all the movies, magic and fun of Loft Kids Fest 2024!

It's back! Loft Kids Fest returns to The Loft Cinema this summer for 11 days of free entertainment and excitement, starting with a Looney Tunes Outdoor Movie Party at Himmel Park on Friday, May 31, followed by indoor screenings at The Loft Cinema every Saturday and Sunday morning, Saturday, June 1 - Sunday, June 30!

A lonely young girl named Mary is stuck in the country with her Great Aunt and seemingly no adventures or friends in sight, until she discovers a flower that grants her magical powers, but only for one night. Soon, Mary and her mysterious new cat companion are whisked away on a flying broomstick to Endor College, a school of magic, where danger lurks and Mary must risk her life to try and set things right. Based on Mary Stewart's 1971 classic children's book The Little Broomstick, this is a dazzling tale, filled with action and magic, of a young girl trying to find a place in the world. This dazzling Jurassic adventure, from director Don Bluth and producers Steven Spielberg and George Lucas, introduces us to an orphaned Brontosaurus named Littlefoot, as he embarks on an exciting quest to escape a catastrophic disaster and find sanctuary in the lush, legendary Great Valley. Luckily, Littlefoot makes a few friends along the way, including Cera, a Triceratops, Spike, a Stegosaurus, Ducky, a Saurolophus and Petrie, a Pteranodon. On their journey, the prehistoric pals encounter many challenges and dangers (including a villainous T-Rex named Sharptooth) and learn the value of teamwork and friendship. This wondrous fantasy film is a grand adventure set in a magical world where the greatest power is imagination. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse introduces Miles Morales (Shamelik Moore), a smart teenager from Brooklyn who is bitten by a strange spider in the subway and starts developing super powers that transform him into the one and only Spider-Man. In this fun live-action/animated adventure, ace detective Harry Goodman mysteriously goes missing, prompting his 21-year-old son, Tim (Justice Smith), to travel to Pokemon-friendly Ryme City to find out what happened.  Aiding in the investigation is Harry's former Pokémon partner – wise-cracking, adorable super-sleuth Pikachu (voiced by Ryan Reynolds). Finding out that they are uniquely equipped to work together, as Tim is the only human who can talk with Pikachu, they join forces to break Harry's unresolved last case...if some powerful villains don't break them first! With her pals Flounder and Sebastian at her side, Ariel will need all of her courage and determination (not to mention a few toe-tapping tunes) to make things right in both her worlds.
