The One Good Thing Or "Are You Patrick Swayze?" – Brothers Jamie And Tommy Share A Remote Farmhouse On The Cliffs Of The Irish Sea. One Morning Jamie Makes An Astonishing Declaration. He Announces That He Is Dead – And Now A Ghost. Tommy, Naturally, Is Unconvinced, Maintaining That His Brother's Delusion Is Caused By The Grief Jamie Has Suffered Since Their Mother's Death. When Germany Invades, The Ss Compel Him To Sell Paintings To Goering, And He Makes Millions More. At The End Of The War, He Is Accused Of Selling National Treasure To The Enemy And Is To Be Executed. He Claims The Paintings Are Fakes And To Prove It He Will Paint Another. His Story Exposes The Contradictions Of How We Perceive And Value Art, In A Tale So Absurd, And With A Character So Flawed, It Can Only Be True.
