From: Maple Leaf FestivalThe two day festival occurs on the third full weekend of October.
A fantastic parade, kids' zone, live country music all day long, a 5k, and over 300 craft booths fill the two days with family-friendly fun. Sunday concludes the festivities with additional events and crafts for sale and a quilt show.

October 19, 2024
5K Run & kid's run. (for the 5K Only)
Arts and Craft Booths open from 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Saturday; downtown through 8th Street.
Music and Dance in the Music Tent.
51st Annual Quilt Show, 9 am to 6 pm
Children's Parade 10:45 am. (meet in front of the library at 10:30 - Children's Parade will march toward the parade at 10:45am)
Parade at 11am
Kids' Zone
Over 20 food booths providing a variety of delights including Funnel Cakes, BBQ, Turkeylegs, homemade pies, hamburgers and hotdogs.
The Black Jack cabin, located in the roadside park at 2011 N 200th Road (E Hwy56) is open from 9 am-4 pm.
