11:30am Fire Safety 101: Protect Your Home and Family – Fire Safety Essentials
This seminar hosted by Fire Safety Essentials, provides you with crucial skills to protect your home and loved ones in the event of a fire. Gain life-saving techniques, witness live demonstrations, and equip yourself with the knowledge you need to act quickly and confidently in an emergency.

12:30pm Desert Pest Management:
Join the experts at Crowne Lawn and Pest for an interactive seminar on tackling desert pests in Arizona! See live examples of common Arizona pests and learn how to spot them in your own backyard. Discover powerful, effective strategies for controlling pests across different landscapes, with practical DIY tips and essential pesticide safety advice. You’ll walk away with hands-on solutions and expert knowledge tailored to Arizona’s unique environment, ensuring your home stays pest-free all year round.

1:30pm Proper Tree Care
Trees are an investment that can yield a great return for homeowners if the trees are properly selected, placed, and managed. Homes with beautiful, mature trees improve property values and quality of life for homeowners. Join us for a seminar that covers the dos and don’ts of selecting, planting, pruning, watering, and long-term tree management. We will cover some of the issues arborists see with trees every day and discuss how to improve outcomes through understanding a few tree-biology basics.

Step right up and prepare to be dazzled as Magic by CJ takes the stage at the Maricopa County Home Shows! With a flick of his wrist CJ will showcase some incredible tricks, proving that when it comes to entertainment, magic truly is perfect for any event! Join in the fun as CJ invites attendees to participate in the magic. Take a seat and prepare to be amazed!

Handmade Headquarters Workshops
Handmade HQ: Fun, engaging and free make-n-take Pinterest inspired crafting workshops. Workshops fill quickly so please visit the Headquarters early to sign up and reserve your seat at one of our amazing & free workshops. (Age restrictions may apply at Handmade HQ. Unless otherwise specified, all participants must be 12 years or older to make a craft at Handmade Headquarters). Kids Corner (adult supervision required) crafts are for children aged 4-12 and will be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. All kids corner crafts are free.

10:45AM Piece by Piece: Beginner Mosaic Coasters
Create your own stunning glass mosaic coaster in this beginner-friendly workshop! Learn the basics of mosaic art, from design to assembly, and take home a functional and beautiful handmade creation. KIDS From 11:30AM – 12:30PM Young Magicians: Tricks for Kids
This is not just a workshop; it’s a magical experience! CJ, a real magician, is ready to share his secrets of the trade. Kids will learn a magic trick that’ll leave friends and family saying, “How did you do that?”. Each child who participates will walk away with their very own deck of cards—perfect for practicing those tricks on the go! To learn a bonus magic trick, kids can bring a coin! Ages 4-12. Adult Supervision Required.

12:00PM Painting at the Stadium
Join local artist Camila for a free, fun, and creative painting workshop at the Stadium. Camila will guide you through every stage of the painting process, sharing tips and techniques to help you unlock your creativity. Guests will have the opportunity to create a stunning masterpiece that captures the vibrant colors and natural beauty of Arizona springtime. Ages 12+.

KIDS From 1:00PM – 2:00PM Magic Tricks for Kids
Bring your creativity to life at this free, fun, and fast kids' spring greeting card and sticker workshop. Kids will have a blast designing their very own spring time cards and stickers using a variety of colorful materials! Ages 4-12. Adult Supervision Required.

1:15PM Macrame Made Simple
Learn the basics of macrame, the art of knotting, with the experts at Created by DVO, and discover the relaxing, creative process behind this beautiful craft. Our skilled instructors will guide you through each step, and by the end of the session, you'll have your very own handmade wristlet or keychain to take home. Ages 12+.

2:30PM Recycled Wind Chime Workshop
Get creative at this free workshop hosted by Habitat for Humanity! Use locally donated materials to craft your own eco-friendly upcycled wind chime, perfect for your home or garden. This hands-on workshop is a fun and creative way to give new life to discarded goods while crafting something beautiful. Ages 12+.

KIDS From 2:30PM – 3:45PM Coloring Fun
Pick up a custom coloring page featuring a stunning home and landscape scene, then bring it to life with color! It’s a fun way to capture the spirit of the Home Show and take home a personalized souvenir to remember your day. Perfect for all ages—this walk-up workshop is quick, easy, and a great way to relax at the Home Show. Ages 4-12. Adult Supervision Required.

3:45PM Find a Pearl
Discover the hidden treasures inside saltwater oysters and transform beautiful pearls into personalized pendants. Guests will choose an oyster and open it to reveal it’s unique pearl color then polish it to perfection. Using a Sterling Silver wire, guests will create a unique design and solder the pearl onto their pendant design. Each guest will receive a sterling silver chain and take home a lasting pearl necklace. Ages 12+.

The Organic Gardener
Get ready to learn the secrets of gardening with Jeffrey, the Organic Gardener! Whether you’re nurturing your outdoor vegetable garden or tending to your container plants! Also discussed will be the aromatic world of essential oils. Experience the effects the oils have on your mind and body through live demonstrations. Jeffrey will also host free walk-up gardening.

Delve into the aromatic world of essential oils with Jeffrey, the Organic Gardener! Experience the effects the oils have on your mind and body through live demonstrations that are sure to leave you feeling inspired and invigorated!

10am-5pm - Free Walk Up Workshop
Plant a seed of your favorite vegetable and take it home, with The Organic Gardener! Limit 1 per person.

Hands on Gardening (Walk-Up Plant Bar)

Take a seat at our Hands on Gardening workshops where each guest will get to participate in a free botanical lesson hosted by different plant expert every hour. Learn quick tips and techniques on a variety of plants, and the best part is the plant is yours to keep! Gardening workshops rotate every 75 minutes and each micro lesson lasts up to 15 minutes. Free with admission!

10:30am – 11:45am - Microgreens Made Easy
Join the Organic Gardener and learn how to grow your own microgreens naturally and organically in just 7-14 days. Jeffrey will guide you through simple, effective steps to cultivate these nutrient-packed greens at home. You'll discover the many health benefits of microgreens and leave with your very own microgreens to kick off your gardening journey. This workshop will equip you with the tools and knowledge to grow fresh, flavorful microgreens right from your kitchen!

12:00pm – 1:15pm - Plant Duplication Techniques
Join Little Shop of Hydros at for this hands-on workshop focused on innovative plant duplication techniques. Ever wondered how to clone your favorite plants? Local experts will demonstrate various methods to multiply your plants and expand your garden. Plus, guests will get to take home the plant they duplicate during the session. Don’t miss this fun and practical way to grow your plant collection!

1:30pm – 2:45pm - Create your own Food Forest
Learn how to grow a food forest at any stage. Looking to plant more fruit trees? Want to know which plants attract more wildlife and pollinators? Are you looking to add more color to your landscape? Join our workshop and be on your way to eating abundantly while strolling through your own garden. Snap pictures of your yard and space and bring them to the Home and Landscape Show where we’ll be answering questions and tailoring next steps for your own personal food forest.

3:00pm – 4:15pm - DIY Mini Eucalyptus Shower Bundle
Create your own mini eucalyptus shower bundle, designed to enhance your daily routine with the soothing benefits of eucalyptus. In this hands-on workshop, local professionals from Alla Herbs will guide guests through the process, helping customize each bundle using a variety of fresh, fragrant eucalyptus types. These beautifully crafted eucalyptus bundles are both therapeutic and stylish, ready to transform any shower experience.
