From: Mascoutah Fall Festival2024 Mascoutah Fall Festival - Chili Cook-Off - Car Show
-Entry Fee $25. Entry forms and fees are due by October 4, 2024. No refunds are available. Failure to abide by the rules is grounds for disqualification.
-Payments must be received before consideration for space assignment. All payments must be paid at the Mascoutah Chamber office (at the Mascoutah Visitor’s Center), via check or cash; NO ONLINE OPTIONS AVAILABLE. A secure mailbox is located outside our office doors for after-hours drop-off.
-Entry forms are available at the Mascoutah Visitor’s Center or online at www.mascoutahchamber.com
-Fees for online entries must be received by the Chamber within 7 days to complete the entry. If you do not receive confirmation of online registration, please contact the Chamber 618-566-7355.
-Chili cooks will have ~12 feet across in space. It is configured for tables and small tents, which are NOT supplied. If additional space is needed, it must be noted on the entry form. Space is limited and subject to additional rental fees. If using a tent, it must be well-secured. If you are selling any items at your stand, you will also need to fill out the vendor form and send in the appropriate fees.
-A Chamber member will deliver your supplies to the address provided on Friday, October 16th. To arrange an alternate pick-up/delivery, please call or text Kevin Dawson at 618-401-4924 or call the Visitor’s Center at 618-566-7355.
-Supplies we provide are cups, spoons, gloves and a ballot box. You must provide your own tent, table, trash can and trash bags.
-Chili must be ready to serve at 11:00am.
-Please make 10+ gallons per contestant. Chili must be served as prepared. No condiments other than crackers are allowed.
-No distribution of beverages is allowed.
-Winners will be chosen for People’s Choice as well as 1 st , 2 nd , and 3 rd places selected by the judges.
-Winners will be announced at 3:00pm at the bandstand in the parking lot across from City Hall.
