From: City of MiamiPrecautionary Boil Water Order is lifted for the 10 properties in Miami
Residents and tenants for 10 properties in the City of Miami that were impacted by a Precautionary Boil Water Order (PBWO) issued early Thursday morning no longer need to boil the water used for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, making ice, and washing dishes. Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department lab staff sampled the water and recorded two consecutive days of compliant drinking water standards.
The PBWO was issued after a private contractor struck and broke a 20-inch water main near 100 Biscayne Blvd. If you have any questions or concerns about your service, call the department’s 24-hour Communications Center at 305-274-9272.
