Tropical Caribbean Authentic Latin Cuisine is fast becoming the hot spot for dining and entertainment in West Haven. With a full-service bar, amazing Dominican cocktails and original recipes, Tropical Caribbean serves its customers great drinks with a smile.
The Authentic Latin Cuisine menu is authentic and innovative. With a full menu of Dominican favorites and other delicacies from across the Caribbean, Tropical Caribbean has something for everyone’s palate.
When Juan Reyes says the food at his restaurant Tropical Caribbean is the "homestyle" food one would expect in Caribbean nations like the Dominican Republic, Cuba, or Puerto Rico, "like Mama's cooking," it's meant to evoke a vibe of traditional cuisine, faithful to its origins. At Tropical Caribbean, it's also meant to be taken literally.
