Replacement Sought for Outgoing County Recorder Who Resigned

MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ (July 5,, 2023) – Due to the resignation of County Recorder Kristi Blair, a replacement for her elected position must be appointed to serve the remainder of her term, which expires on December 31, 2024.

Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest and include a resume to the Mohave County Clerk of the Board no later than 5:00 p.m. July 14, 2023.

Submissions can be emailed to [email protected], mailed to P.O. Box 7000, Kingman, AZ 86402 or delivered in person to 700 W Beale St. in Kingman on the 3rd Floor, Clerk of the Board’s Office.

Candidates must reside in the County as of the date they take office and be a registered Republican like the outgoing elected Recorder.

Candidates who are selected for an interview will be contacted July 28, 2023.  The Board of Supervisors will conduct interviews on August 7, 2023.
