This presentation discusses gender affirming vocal pedagogy through science-informed practices. The techniques taught are universally applicable to anyone, regardless of voice type or gender identity.

This session will explore several motivating reasons we choose to  follow our vocational calling as vocal music educators.. In addition, commentary will reflect upon ways in which we may become more inspirational choral pedagogues and nurture the people we teach as caring, compassionate and expressive people.
