Benini’s paintings will be featured in this performance September 24th, as Maestro Stefan Sanders conducts Modest Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition by the Central Texas Philharmonic.
Paintings from the 70’s through the years, many not seen for decades, are being personally curated by Maestro Sanders to synch with the orchestral performance through the 10 movements and promenades of Mussorgsky’s composition - his only masterpiece created for the piano, a tribute to his friend, the architect/artist Victor Hartmann.
