Co-founded in 2007 by Kevin Flynn and Bonnie Levison, the Nantucket Comedy Festival is an annual summer event that brings top comedic talent to Nantucket Island as the major fundraiser for Stand Up and Learn™, an island-based, year-round comedy education program serving Nantucket’s children. The Nantucket Comedy Festival envisions Nantucket as a community connected by laughter.

A favorite every year, we kick off the Fest with Opening Night featuring nationally headlining female comedians! This event is for ladies and gentlemen, so make it a date night or bring your friends. Don’t miss this rousing night of comedy with these very funny ladies.

4:00 pm - Stand Up and Learn Kid's Comedy Showcase

Performances by the kids of Stand Up and Learn, who have been working throughout the year to "find their funny" with Kevin Flynn.

Our Friday night our stars hail from north of the border, bringing the sharp wit and perspective that make Canadian comedians beloved around the world. This wildly funny evening shines a spotlight on the humor that makes Canada uniquely funny. A fresh addition to the Fest, this all-star lineup is not to be missed!

Join us for an exclusive After Party at Cisco Brewers! Mingle with comedians, hear outrageous behind-the-scenes stories from the road, and enjoy bonus performances from festival favorites! 7:00 pm - SmACKdown: Boston vs. New York
Location: Dreamland Theater

Comedians from Boston and New York face off in the final event of the Nantucket Comedy Festival. We will keep the game (relatively) clean as these comics swing for the fences. This show sells out early, so if you are not a Patron Pass holder, we suggest you get your tickets early to see who will win.
