Last season NBC awarded scholarships to elite ballet schools around the nation including Atlanta Ballet, The HARID Conservatory, Cary Ballet Conservatory, The School of Philadelphia Ballet, The Rock School for Dance Education, Joffrey Ballet, and MORE! NBC also awarded two trainee positions to Cleveland Ballet.

HOW CAN NBC HELP CONNECT YOU TO THE SCHOOL OF YOUR DREAMS?

Competing on stage is not a requirement to receive a scholarship.  Dancers can participate in only the master classes and have the same opportunities as individual or ensemble competitors.

2025 Scholarship Schools Include: Atlanta Ballet, Ballet Pensacola, Ballet West Academy, Cary Ballet Conservatory, Cleveland Ballet, European School of Ballet, Richmond Ballet, The School of First State Ballet Theatre, Idyllwild Arts Academy, Sarasota Ballet School, The HARID Conservatory, The School of Philadelphia Ballet, The Rock School, The Rock School West.

Job Fair 2025

NBC is proud to hold its first job fair during the competition weekend on March 1, 2025 from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. You do not need to compete in the competition in order to participate in the job fair. The job fair is for any individual who is 16-21. Please see more information under the Rules and Registration and Job Fair tab.

Friday, February 28, 2025

-9:30 am to 11:00 am: Individual competition for Preparatory Age Division on the Baby Grand Stage

-9:30 am to 3:00 pm: Individual competition for Juniors and Pre-Professional Age Division on the Copeland Hall Stage

-4:00 pm to 8:00 pm: Master classes for all students ages 14 to 19

Saturday, March 1, 2025 

-9:00 am to 12:30 pm Master classes for all students ages 8 to 13

-9:30 am to 12:00 pm Job Fair- Ages 16 to 21

-1:30 pm to 7:30 pm Individual competition for Senior Age Division on The Copeland Hall Stage

Sunday, March 2, 2025

-9:00 am to 10:00 am All Small Ensembles

-10:15 am to 12:45 pm All Large Ensembles

-12:45 pm to 1:30 pm Break

-1:30 pm to 2:15 pm Jury Q&A for all participants, coaches, and parents

-3:00 pm to 4:00 pm Awards Ceremony
