New Charcuterie Store and Catering Concept Graze Craze Opens in McKinney

Graze Craze®, the fast-growing concept that has elevated the graze-style dining trend with creatively curated boards and boxes, is opening a new store at 3755 S. Lake Forest Drive, Suite 300, in the Plaza at Lake Forest. Owners Annette and Kevin Safstrom look forward to connecting with the McKinney community and helping locals celebrate special occasions.  

 

Graze Craze McKinney is powered by the Safstroms and their team of expert Grazologists who curate charcuterie boards using a variety of the highest-quality ingredients, from premium meats and cheeses to fresh fruits, crisp vegetables and more, accompanied by house-made sauces, dips and jams. Each grazing spread features a complementary blend of flavors, colors and textures that produce a captivating display of edible art.  

 

“We love to host and bring people together to share good times,” said Annette Safstrom. Graze Craze gives us an outlet for our passions, while allowing us to become our own bosses and support fellow McKinneyans at the same time.”   

 

Annette Safstrom is a longtime consultant and coach who has been involved in church work, through which she has developed event planning, communication and customer service expertise. Kevin Safstrom’s background as an information technology specialist has allowed him to fine tune many skills that are important for business ownership including attention to detail, customer satisfaction and team building 

 

The Graze Craze menu incorporates a range of styles to satisfy many different palates and dietary preferences, including:  

  • The Gone Grazey – A blend of cured meats, premium cheeses, crackers, fresh produce, nuts and more.  

  • Sweet & Grazey – An abundance of desserts, like chocolates and baked goods, paired with sweet dips. 

 

Other specialty offerings include:  

  • The Game Day Board – Various meats, cheeses, breads and spreads ideal for watch parties and tailgating. 

  • The Brunch Board – A selection of breakfast meats, fresh fruits, eggs, pastries and more to complement morning meetings and events. 

 

The charcuterie offerings are available in different sizes, from Char-Cutie-Cups and Grab & Graze for nibbling to sharing-size boards with enough fresh food to feed a party. The food displays are ideal for family gatherings, large events and more, and they make for memorable corporate and personal gifts that always impress.  

 

Graze Craze McKinney is near Highway 121 and is conveniently located by Allen, Fairview and North Plano.
