BAKERSFIELD, CA – North of the River Recreation & Park District (NOR) invites families to double the fun at this year’s annual FREE Easter Egg Hunt, now happening at two locations! Children ages 1-10 are invited to join the excitement on Saturday, April 12 at Riverview Park (401 Willow Drive) or on Saturday, April 19 at Emerald Cove Park (4303 Patton Way). Thousands of candy-filled eggs will be waiting to be discovered!

Each location will feature designated hunt areas by age group, with one lucky winner in each group finding a golden ticket for a special prize! Families are encouraged to bring a basket for collecting eggs and a camera for photos with the Easter Bunny immediately after the hunt. Make sure to arrive early – the hunt begins at 10am sharp!

“Every Spring, we eagerly prepare for our annual Easter Egg Hunt, and this year, we’re thrilled to expand to two locations,” says Lauren Cronk, Director of Recreation. “With more eggs, more space, and more fun, this event promises to be one of the biggest in North Bakersfield.”
