Patsy Cline rocketed to fame in 1957 with her nationally-televised rendition of “Walking After Midnight.” She helped popularize the Nashville sound with hits such as “Crazy” and “I Fall to Pieces,” before a plane crash took her life in 1963
Maggie Worsdale will share little-known stories about the singer’s life and career, and perform Cline’s songs in her inimitable jazz-country style.
Maggie has performed in concert halls, cabarets, and jazz venues throughout the US and Europe, released four studio albums, and appears on several more. She is also the lead singer of the jazz revue band, Sweet Whiskey. Her website is www.maggieworsdale.com.
