8:00 a.m. Tuesday, JANUARY 16, 2024

through

4:00 p.m. Monday, JANUARY 29, 2024

 

DALA enrollment is open to:

w    All 5^th grade students in Polk County who are interested in attending DALA.

w    Any 6^th, 7^th and 8^th grader in Polk County who is not currently attending DALA.

?       Students who are currently on the Discovery Academy waiting list for the 2023-2024 school year MUST REAPPLY to be added to the waiting list for the 2024-2025 school year.

?       Any student currently attending DALA will not need to apply unless they are retained.

 

 

Applications will be available online beginning JANUARY 16, 2024 at www.discoveryacademy.org\applications\.

 

 

Transportation is NOT provided to all areas of the county.  It is possible that you will have to transport your child to and from school.  If you need more information about transportation, please email Betty Newman, [email protected].

Estamos aceptando aplicaciones en línea solamente:

8:00 a.m. martes, 16 de enero de 2024

hasta

4:00 p.m. el lunes, 29 de enero de 2024

 

Inscripción esta abierta para:

 

w     Todos los estudiantes de quinto grado en el Condado de Polk, que estén interesados en asistir a Discovery Academy de Lake Alfred.

 

w      Todos los alumnos entrando a 6 º, 7 º y 8 º en el Condado de Polk que actualmente no asisten a Discovery Academy de Lake Alfred.

 

ª     Los estudiantes que actualmente se encuentran en la lista de espera de DALA, para el 2023-2024, TENDRAN que aplicar de nuevo para ser añadidos a la lista de espera del año escolar 2024-2025.

 

ª     Los estudiantes que ya asisten a DALA no tendrán que aplicar la matricula nuevamente, a menos que el estudiante reciba una notificación que indique que tendrá que repetir el grado.
