The site will be the Deschutes Historical Museum, 129 NW Idaho, between Bond and Wall at the south end of downtown Bend. It’s a pretty site (check it out online), but space is limited. The first 50 or so cars will be parked on the grass. Parking will be from 8:30 – 9:30 am.  The rest of the group will be parked on contiguous asphalt. Being downtown will give you easy access to coffee shops and restaurants and shopping.

Festival BBQ
We have a new dinner experience this year - a real Tennessee BBQ! Our friends at Crux Fermentation Project are providing the venue, in their large tent on the Crux brewery site . It’s a real Tennessee BBQ because the Crux chef comes from Tennessee and loves to barbeque. So expect a casual dinner with great food and beer, and the usual Festival presentations that always leave you with something to remember.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 16

8:00 am: Meet at Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo (25300 SW Parkway Ave, Wilsonville, OR 97070) for coffee and donuts.

9:00 am: Depart for a tour to Bend. More info to come, but expect small roads, but big fun.

2:00 - 4:30 pm: Beer car wash, located at Residence Inn of Bend (500 SW Bond St.), with beer hosted by Crux Fermentation Project, and car wash supplies donated by Jim Domings of Dad's Detail.

5:00 - 6:30 pm: Registration packet pick-up at Crux Fermentation Project Brewery, located at 50 SW Division St.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17

8:30 - 9:30 am: Placement of cars at the Deschutes Historical Museum, Bend, Oregon (may be subject to frost delay). PLEASE NOTE: The first 50 or so cars will be parked on the grass. Being downtown will give you easy access to coffee shops and restaurants and shopping.

10:00 am: Oregon Festival of Cars opens. Music by Dan Balmer Trio; ballots for People's Choice Award available to all spectators. (Voting closes at 2:00 pm).

2:30 am: On-field awards presentation.

3:00 pm: Oregon Festival of Cars closes.

5:30 - 9:00 pm: Barbeque and fun-filled evening with friends both old and new. Held at the Crux Fermentation Project At 50 SW Division St., ph: 541-385-3333
