August 2, 2023:

8 00 - 11 00 AM: 4-H and Open Class Exhibitor Check-In
11 00 AM: Livestock Exhibitors Meeting
11:15 - Noon: Meal for all exhibitors & volunteers
Noon: Livestock Weigh-In
1:00 PM: Judging of all building exhibits—food sale will be after judging
3:00 PM: Dog Show (Midway Building)
7:00 PM: Dairy Show followed by Sheep and Goat Show (Livestock Show Arena)
9:00 PM: Coffman Building Closes

August 3, 2023:

8 30 AM: Rabbit Show (Rabbit & Poultry Barn)
9:30 AM: Poultry Show (Rabbit & Poultry Barn)
7:00 PM: Swine Show (Livestock Show Arena)
9:00 PM: Coffman Building Closes

August 4, 2023:

8:30 AM: Horse Show (Fairgrounds Arena; rainout location, LQ Farms)
10:00 AM: Livestock Judging Contest (Livestock Show Arena)
2:00 PM: Pet Show (Livestock Show Arena); Entries due 30 minutes before show
6:30 PM: Bucket Calf Show (Livestock Show Arena)
7:00 PM: Beef Show (Livestock Show Arena)
Following Beef Show end of fair celebration in the Midway
9:00 PM: Coffman Building Closes

August 5, 2023:

9:00 AM: Round Robin Contest (Livestock Show Arena)
Noon: Kids Pedal Tractor Pull
6:00 PM: Showcase of Champions & Parade of Champions (Livestock Show Arena)
6:30 PM: Livestock Premium Auction (Livestock Show Arena)

August 11, 2023:

6:00 PM: Concert featuring Owen Wells, Caleb McKenzie, Candance Klofkorn, & Hornville Road Band
6:30 PM: Perry Pullers Garden Tractor Pull

August 12, 2023:

6:00 PM: Parade - Theme One Hit Wonders
7:00 PM: NEKS Pullers and Hotrod Truck and Tractor Pull
