UNCW hurdler Josh Parks has advanced to the regional final round in the Men's 400 Meter Hurdles following a 51.21 time in Wednesday's first round of the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field East Preliminaries at the University of Kentucky's Track & Field Complex.
