Each January in the heart of winter, the PACC organizes WinterFest. This event is spread out to multiple days and embraces the fun and joy that winter can bring. Some of the events that make up WinterFest include the Phillips Flurry Snowshoe Race organized by the group, PATH. The Price County Tavern League host a Tavern League Tour, giving participants a chance to win some money and prizes.

Also on the itinerary is a Candlelight Walk, Children’s Bingo organized by the Moose Lodge Organization, Ice Fishing Competition on the Phillips Chain of Lakes, Fireworks alongside a bonfire, and the Phillips Chaparrals Snowmobile Breakfast. A weekend packed with lots of fun things to get people out within the community and enjoying winter!
