Silver Spring, MD -- Aru Dell'Arte, the innovative dance company led by renowned choreographer Olga Aru, will be holding a special rehearsal at the Silver Spring ArtSpace. This event promises to be a unique fusion of dance and high-tech, offering audiences a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process.

The open rehearsal will take place at the Silver Spring ArtSpace, located at 801 Sligo Av, Silver Spring MD, 20910 from 7-9 pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to witness ADA dancers as they refine their movements and techniques under the direction of Olga Aru.

"We are thrilled to open our doors to the public and share this intimate rehearsal experience with our community," says Olga Aru, UkrainianAmerican creator and Artistic Director of Aru Dell'Arte Dance Company. "The ArtSpace provides the perfect backdrop for our dancers to explore new ideas and push the boundaries of contemporary dance and technology."

P.O.L.A.R.I.S. blends ballet with immersive technology, creating an otherworldly, alien undertone. It prompts contemplation of extraterrestrial intelligence's impact on human society and challenges us to ponder the ethical implications of encountering intelligent life beyond humankind. Followed by Q&A session with the cast.

INSERT OLGA ARU BIO Olga Aru was born in Eastern Ukraine and grew up in Kyiv. She's an alumna of the renowned state ballet academy. Since graduation, she worked in professional dance theaters for 16 years internationally performing as a first and second soloist. Such experience influenced her versatility as a creative performer and shaped her vision as a choreographer. Ms. Aru has large experience performing with touring productions. She's been in charge of youth and company castings and staging productions.

Aru's research paper "Dance on the Edge of Century" was represented at the 37th CID - UNESCO Dance Congress in Athens, Greece 2013. Her dance films found recognition in several international film festivals and were screened at Takoma Park municipality as a part of Shorts Night. Aru is a founder and artistic director of Aru Dell'Arte. Through art, she thrives to create a positive, authentic, and non-judgmental environment. Constant exploration of movement, and non-traditional thinking of out the box - are the key factors of her daily research. In the past artistic season, she staged several full-scale ballets and produced soiree of interdisciplinary art. Ode In Free, Requiem Today, Christmas Legend, and Life Of Movement few latest works of her rapidly growing repertoire.
