Join us in Houston on Saturday, December 7^th at 2:00 PM, alongside Black Health Matters, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals and cardiologist, Ebere Chukwu, MD, to learn more about what may be in your genetic health history. You’ll also hear  important information from a patient who is living with this condition and a patient education liaison will also be available to answer your questions.
