Pavo Real Gallery is thrilled to present an extraordinary new show by the visionary sculptures of Carlos & Albert. The artists will be unveiling a special Pavo Real gallery-exclusive piece, premiering for the first time at this event. The sculpture is envisioned as a graffiti-covered vehicle carrying animal passengers, with one of the animals actively painting the car.

This captivating show debuts two imaginative series: a space-inspired collection exploring animal colonization on new planets, and a breathtaking lineup of bronze marine life sculptures. Each sculpture captivates their inventive themes and technical mastery infused with whimsy. Through this collection, the artists aspire to raise awareness about the planet and all the beings that inhabit it. 

Carlos Munoz and Albert Ickenroth, known professionally as Carlos & Albert, represent a unique blend of Mexican and Dutch artistic influences. Their journey with Pavo Real Gallery began over three decades ago, making them one of the gallery’s longest-standing collaborators. Through the years, Pavo Real has been more than just a venue—it has served as a space for growth, experimentation, and innovation, where Carlos & Albert have continuously surprised collectors and art lovers with bold new directions. This partnership is a testament to the creative synergy that flourishes when artists and galleries share a vision and commitment to excellence.
