SPECIAL NOTE:  Registration is open online or on-site until 8:00am on Race Day, Memorial Day, May 29th.  We have ordered additional swag, so you can still register and reserve your packet.

PACKET PICKUPS

SETTING THE STAGE - RACE DAY
6:30 am - Race day Packet Pickup and Race Registration begins (for those who haven't registered and/or picked up race swag)

7:00 am

 - Get the party started with DJ Zeus
 - Exhibitor Extravaganza Opens
 - Family Fun Activities Begin (photo booth, tattoos, face painting, bubble works, games, music, entertainment, and So Much More!
 
7:40 am - Turn up the heat with pre-race warmups by Oak Health Club
8:00 am - the 10K runners kick it off!
8:10 am - the 5K's are off and running!

8:30 am - Finishers can restore and replenish with a complimentary breakfast from Mighty Meals and healthy snacks courtesy of Wegman's. Hot and Cold beverages are available for purchase at the Common Ground Café inside CFC.

9:15 am

 - 5K and 10K Finishers Awards are announced!
 - Costume Contest Parade and Winner announced!

9:30 am - 1-Mile Freedom Fun Run Begins!

11:00 am - A Fond Farewell to a Fabulous Day of Fun and Festivities!

BRING YOUR IN-KIND DONATION
Please be sure to bring items to donate to Boulder Crest Foundation on Race Day or Packet Pick Up. Items are needed to support combat veterans, first responders, and their families. Click here to see a list of needed items.

PARKING
Please follow directional signs to designated parking at CFC Campus, 44505 Atwater Drive, Ashburn, VA 20147

START LINE
Race start is at the CFC Campus entrance off of Atwater Drive.

WEAR YOUR PATRIOTIC ATTIRE!
Don't forget your red, white and blue! Winner of the Most Patriotic Attire Contest will receive a $75 Gift Card. Be Crazy, Be Extravagant, Be Creative, and Showcase Your Patriotic Costumes!

AWARDS AND RESULTS

 - Over $5,000 in Awards & Prizes will be given away. The awards Ceremony will be in front of CFC.
 - Results are posted in real-time at PRR Races.  For those who do not have access to a phone to check their times, they will be posted on the outside on the outside of CFC entrance by the front door.
 - In both the 10k and 5k races, gift certificates will be given to the top 3 overall men and top 3 women, as well as the top 3 male and female finishers in the following age groups: 11 and under, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49,50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 & over.
 - A trophy will also be awarded to the largest team running in the timed events.
 - Awards for the 5K will be announced no earlier than 9:00am and the 10K Awards at 9:30am.
 
RESTROOMS

 - The CFC Campus will be open for restroom facilities.
