12:00 p.m - 1:00 p.m: Patriotic program at the VFW
1:00 p.m - 6:00 p.m: Free swimming at the Russell Municipal Pool
2:00 p.m: VFW Community Bingo
4:00 p.m: VFW Cake Walk
9:45 p.m: Annual Ernest "Ernie" L. Carter Memorial Fireworks Display
