Salute! is a fundraiser for the benefit of Cottonwood, Incorporated under the auspices of Standard Beverage Corporation. The proceeds from this unique event benefit Cottonwood, whose mission is to help individuals with disabilities shape their own future. Funds raised from events such as Salute! help Cottonwood to provide additional services to the individuals they are currently serving and begin to address the needs of many others who would like to access services.
Now in its 26th year, Salute! has raised more than $600,000 for Cottonwood, Inc.

Salute! - A Festival of Wine and Food is a three-day benefit that offers something for wine lovers of all levels and tastes.

Every year, more than 600 people travel from near and far to attend the celebrated event.

Thursday, July 10, 2025

On Thursday, Salute! begins with the Mass Street Mosey. At the Mosey, attendees can stroll through designated downtown businesses sipping wine and sampling delicious local food.

Winemaker Dinner

The Salute! Winemaker Dinner will be an evening of fabulous food and wine.

Participants enjoy an elaborate, multi-course meal paired with fabulous wines. Mark your calendars for July 11, 2025 -reception at 6:30pm. Reception at 6:30pm.  Dinner begins at 7pm at The Oread Hotel.

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Grand Tasting and Auctions

Salute! Grand Tasting and Auction offers participants a unique opportunity to sample over 200 wines and spirits and enjoy sampling cuisine from area restaurants and caterers. Throughout the evening, attendees curiously browse and bid an impressive silent auction.
