Thursday, April 13, 2023

6:30PM - 9:30PM: WICKED DOLPHIN SPIRITED DINNER

Indulge in special Wicked Dolphin Spirited Dinner & tasting presented by Wicked Dolphin Rum & Poppy’s Crazy Lobster on Thursday, April 13th. Savor your evening with a lobster feast 4 course dining experience paired with the perfect rum cocktails. Your ticket is all inclusive.

Lobster Bisque

Cocktail Pairing:

Hemingway Daiquiri

Wicked Dolphin White Rum, Maraschino liqueur, lime juice, pink grapefruit, and lime wheel served up.

Second Course:

Lobster Fire Taco

Habanero and Mango seasoned lobster meat, mango salsa, finished with a chipotle mayo drizzle. Served with plantation crisps.

Tropical Mojito

Wicked Dolphin Coconut rum, Wicked Dolphin Pineapple Rum, muddled pineapples, limes, fresh squeezed lime juice and soda water.

Third Course:

Surf & Turf

Tournedo of beef topped with succulent lobster meat, served with heirloom potatoes. Drizzed with a Bordelaise Sauce.

Rum Old Fashion

Wicked Dolphin Spiced Rum, Simple Syrup, bitters, muddled orange and Bourdeaux cheery.

Tastings are complemented by gourmet experiences from featured chefs along the Emerald Coast with Savor South Walton tents offering delectable bite sized appetizers perfect for pairing. Time to breath in a new day by the peaceful turquoise Gulf waters by the beaches of South Walton, as Hotel Effie & Spa Lilliana present an event for our fitness aficionados. We are bringing together three of your favorite things – yoga, mimosas and the beach. Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort will lead you through a session that will rejuvenate your body and mind. Join us on the Beach for the ultimate Yoga on the Beach class, paired with a mimosas to welcome in the day. Session starts promptly at 9am.
