The City of Crystal River is proud to bring you the new and exciting Scarecrow Fest. This downtown festival has been a  beloved family tradition for 35 years.  Fall fun, costumes, games, vendors, food, live music, beer and wine, and fall photo spots.  We are always looking for local non-profits, clubs, sports, and organizations to participate in this event.  This is another FREE event brought to you by the City of Crystal River.
